03 Compliance
Legal to fly. Insured to land.
Every AmeriFilms pilot holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. We carry liability insurance on every flight, request LAANC airspace authorization when a location sits inside controlled airspace, and file for waivers when a shoot needs them. You get a copy of the certificate and the insurance certificate before we take off, because your facilities team and your legal team will ask.
We don’t fly over crowds without a plan, we don’t fly in weather that puts the aircraft or the footage at risk, and we tell you in advance when a location can’t be flown at all.
04 Investment
Aerials as an add-on, or as the whole job.
Added to a brand film or event shoot, aerial coverage runs $750 per production day. Standalone aerial shoots, with color-graded footage and stills delivered within a week, start at $1,500.
