Brand Films · Company Story Videos · Dayton, Ohio
Brand films and company story videos, made like documentaries.
Your company already has a story: a founder who bet on something, a team that shows up, a product that solves a real problem. We find it, film it with your real people, and cut it into a three to six minute brand film you can put in front of investors, customers, and the people you want to hire.
01 Who it’s for
For companies whose story is bigger than their website.
Founders raising money
Investors back what they can picture. A brand film gives your pitch a face, a voice, and three minutes of proof before you say a word in the room.
Products that are hard to explain
If your breakthrough lives inside a reactor, a server room, or a spreadsheet, we make it visible. Motion graphics carry the technical parts. People carry the rest.
Companies with a history nobody has heard
Twenty years in business and the website still says “quality service since 2004.” Your history is the advantage your competitors can’t copy. We put it on screen.
02 The proof
Two films. Two very different stories.

Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway · NextUp Cincinnati
Hybridworks: a breakthrough nobody could see
Hybridworks found a way to pull blended fabric back apart into whole cotton and clean polyester, with no shredding and no waste. The science worked. The story didn’t, because it happened inside a reactor. We spent two days in their Xenia pilot plant with a crew of two and three cameras, interviewing everyone from the founder to the intern on the floor. They’ve since used the film to pitch and secure investors, and in their words, it helped them explain exactly what they do for the first time. Read the Hybridworks case study →
NextUp Cincinnati: one uncomfortable truth
Most entrepreneurs are afraid. That was the whole idea. Real founders, no script, cut around the theme of the night so someone who wasn’t in the room could still feel it. NextUp has kept calling ever since. Read the NextUp case study →
03 What you get
One film that keeps working for two years.
FLAGSHIP
The brand film, 3 to 6 minutes
Story development and interview prep, one to two production days with multiple cameras, cinema-grade color, sound design, and custom motion graphics. Three revision rounds.
SOCIAL
Three to five cutdowns
Short versions framed for LinkedIn, Instagram, and vertical screens, captioned so they land with the sound off.
EVERY ROOM
Built for where it will play
The investor meeting, the top of your homepage, the trade-show loop, new-hire onboarding. Hybridworks got widescreen, square, and vertical versions from the same shoot.
04 How it works
How a brand film gets made.
01
Discovery call
Twenty minutes on the story, the audience, and what the film has to do for you.
02
Story development
We map the story, choose the voices, and send interview questions ahead, so nobody is surprised on camera.
03
Production
One to two shoot days at your real locations. Most people we film have never been on camera. The interview feels like a conversation.
04
Edit and delivery
Most brand films are delivered two to four weeks from shoot day, with three rounds of revisions.
05 What it costs
What a brand film costs.
Most brand films run $7,500 to $15,000, depending on shoot days, crew size, and how much post-production the story needs. Every quote is itemized, so you see each line before you sign. See how we price projects →
“As long as the lion doesn’t tell his own version, the story of the hunter will always glorify the hunter.”A proverb we work by
If you don’t tell your company’s story, someone else will: your competitors, your reviews, and now the AI tools your buyers ask before they ever call you.
