Power A Clean Future Ohio works with cities and communities across the state to cut carbon and build a cleaner grid. The work is real, but it's quiet. It happens in city halls, community centers, and neighborhoods — not on a national stage.

Policy and infrastructure don't move people on their own.

The job, film after film, was to make Ohio's clean-energy work feel local, human, and worth showing up for — clear enough for a community meeting, sharp enough for a funder.

We've covered PCFO across Ohio as a documentary partner — the sustainability tours in Toledo and Cincinnati, the Ashtabula summit, the feature in Moreland Hills, and more.

The instinct is the same every time. Find the people doing the work and let them carry it. Each film is shot in half a day with a two-person crew, edited in a day, and refined through three rounds of revisions with PCFO, so a tour stop becomes a finished film while the momentum is still there. Green infrastructure, community-led conservation, the rooms where local leaders make the call.

They screen at PCFO’s summits, anchor the organization’s YouTube channel and social feeds, and give the tours a life after the bus leaves town. And a film team that already knows the mission, so every shoot starts a step ahead.
